Well done to Shark drivers at the last round of the FEKC championship. IAME: Harry Foster did everything needed to secure a well deserved championship win followed home by his brother Louis Foster in 2nd. This is a result of lots brilliant racing this year, lots of hard work from the drivers and from the factory team. Sam Lambert finished 2nd on the day proving his switch to the Shark kart has paid off, well done Sam and Zone racing. Jay Keyes showed brilliant pace once again lining up second on the grid for the final. Luke Francis was unlucky to have engine problems on the last round after a season of good reliability and being fastest in testing. COMER: Well done Clayton Ravenscroft for a fantastic win in the Comer race with his Shark chassis and engines, followed home by Shark driver Jordan Timberlake. The youngest Shark driver Jamie Mead also had a great day being rapid in the heats but unfortunately had carburettor issues in the final. HONDA: Blakeney racing driver Brandon Lovell switched from a Zip chassis to a Shark chassis following a successful test at Clay, Brandon finished 3rd in the final out of 40 compettitors, well done! Shark drivers Ethan and Ruben were looking to have a fantastic result in the final running as high as 5th and 7th but were involved in incidents from all the close racing. All in all, a great way to end the season at Forest Edge. Thanks to all drivers, teams, mechanics, dads, sponsors, competitors, officials and volunteers!
