Well good morning everyone.I have to mention this and my apologies if i offend anyone!!This RCMP who smokes 3 grams per day,which is 3 ,2 ounces per month is off his rocker if he thinks it should be allowed to smoke pot while in uniform.I did not smoke that much back in the day when i thought i smoked alot!!Rob Ford and this mountie are oblivious to the message they are sending our youth today.Banish them to an island along with Harper and senators!!!
