Well good people, what have you done with your extra 60 minutes each day, since the time change? Something productive I hope! Our new beginner instructor, Melissa added an additional 30 minute workout to her already busy day & her students took 30 of their extra minutes to join her & get in their cardio workout, which by the way, that 30 minute workout is helping them increase their fat burn throughout their day, Id say thats very productive! Ive been spending my extra 60 catching up on paperwork, not as fun as spinning BUT productive. Early birds are meeting down at CycleFit tomorrow morning, 5:30 am class is in session, if thats too early, come on down & meet Melissa for an 8:15 am cardio blast.
