Well here is a tip for you all : When you first start working out, you generally have a lot of energy. You feel like working out everyday so you can see results quickly. But this excess enthusiasm can cause you to lose strength rather than gain it- a sign of overtraining! This could make you lose your motivation. Results will not happen instantaneously.
