Well, here we are. All bright and beautiful, as usual !! The head is clear. I must admit it was a cracking weekend and reunion. I met a few lads that I had not met before, which was great. My namesake Jock Kelly also turned up, just to confuse people. The best laugh I had was seeing the look on Barbara Haslams face when I popped in with my blazer and slacks on. Her jaw and look on her face will live with me forevermore. A couple of hours earlier Babs had made a bet that I had my kilt with me. I told her I hadnt, but, she was adamant. So, the bet was made. I could see she was supremely confident, as if to say, I have beaten Jock at last. Money from a Jock. Whoopee!! Well, it was a picture when I walked in. Obviously, I did not take her money, being a true Jock gentleman. Having said that, I cannot wait until the next one in February down in Taunton. Any Denbury Boys who dont know about it, and, wish to attend. Turn up on the day. Mick Butchers is the main man to contact. Well done to Chalky, for the organising, and, to all who turned up, to make it a memorable weekend. Cheers.
