Well here we go. This year will mark my twentieth year as owner of Thorvik Crafts. My wife thought I was crazy when I wanted to turn my very small hobby into a business, but she gave me her support. Since then it has out grown me. I was able sign Larry Dean Ruark on board and Elda Haynie soon joined. It was just the three of us for a while until we built a blacksmith shop. Ken Jansen then came aboard and really made things happen for us. We knew nothing of smithing and learn more every time we get together. Ryan Tarbox and his extended family saw how much fun we made it and were absorbed into the folds. I do not have a doubt in my mind that I would not be where I am with any of these people who still think I am nuts. Especially my wife. I love all of you and am grateful for everything you do. Also grateful to the crowd of customers, many of whom have also became family, for without you we would have nobody to keep happy. Thank you. So lets go 20 year anniversary Thorvik style.
