Well, it was indeed a GLORIOUS Easter Sunday! (And the first truly NICE Easter weather-wise that I can remember for AGES...the news last night said it was the warmest Easter Sunday in over a decade.)Of course EASTER DAY continues all this week until the Octave Sunday of Easter! Celebrated Bright Monday Liturgy gloriously this morning followed by another baptism. Remember: ALL WEEK WE WILL BE CELEBRATING THE GLORIOUS EASTER LITURGY AT 8AM, 9:30 on SATURDAY. Continue YOUR celebration of the single most important event in human history!!!! I managed to not go to sleep until after 11:30, except for a brief time of following asleep on a friends couch in the evening. I am such a RUDE guest lol! 9:30 Mass at Immaculate Conception, 11:30 Mass at Saint John, then baptism at Immaculate Conception wore me out. My voice was NOT very good for Mass this morn! Then a WONDERFUL brunch with friends at Caporellas Italian Ristorante. When the friends left I enjoyed at glass of wine with the inimitable owner (and Saint John in Perry-Dise choir director) Patricia Filak discussing how Triduum went and other catching up in general. Then a stop at Dads followed by a visit to a friends house (and the aforementioned couch!)...finally to my room for news and playing on computer.
