Well its nearly time for the big day, the weather looks like it will hold out for us so it will be a good day, unfortunately a few have pulled out last minute which can’t be helped but the up side is the less good players there the more chance I have to win !!!!. The coach is not staying with us now due to Martin the driver trying to earn brownie points at home doing the gardening and slipping and badly twisting his ankle so we have a replacement driver, Ron who took us last year. The beer transportation and deployment is sorted so have no fear I will be taking my Van full to the gunnels with course refreshments so you need to drink as much as you can so I don’t get pulled for overloading on the way home. I have sorted the start sheet (again) so we are all set to go … 35 players, 1 beer buggy pilot, 1 navigator, 700 cans of beer and an unsuspecting golf course …. Play well and enjoy the day.
