Well its the New Year and we are making changes, with the goal of filling the needs of our community here in Richmond. We are branching out to cover landlord and tenant issues as well as lower level misdemeanor, felony and traffic cases. We are also promoting our contract and civil litigation practice. Right now we have two active cases in Federal Court in the Western District of Kentucky, and contract cases in civil litigation in Franklin, Fayette, Lyon and Hardin counties. Our military practice is continuing to grow and Robin is among the top military attorneys in the Commonwealth. Weve been busy but we are never too busy to take on a new case, be it big or small.
