Well, ona day filled with such a hard time for our country,i remembered where i was. At work at Miller ind. After the first plane hit an it was discovered not to b an accident. I remember vividly, as tears still run down my face. I remember huddled around a 13 inch tv with 165 grown men shoulder to shoulder. All of us strangers to the victims but not one of us with dry eyes. Clinging to each other for support of our fallen brothers an sisters. A tragedy in which we all watched in terror. We didnt work that day. We prayed, we cried, we comforted each other. But we did it together. I wake up today all these years later with a heavy heart still. I look on tv, fb, texts, an posts. An i realize that today we still feel this pain an we feel it together. I am 35 years old. I have seen tragedy an monumental event happenen in my short tim here. Not just on our soil but around the world. An threw all of these things i see our country our people gather to lean on each other. We are such a proud group of people us Americans are. A country of mutts, mix of every race, an every social status. Yet these events made us one. I pray for our hurt still. I will now an always be proud to b an American. I bleed red ,white,an blue. Look past our crooked worthless at times governnent, an be proud. Remember even after today be kind to each other. Treat each other better. Love each other. An always always, GOD BLESS THE USA!!!!!
