Well, some of you know, Im on a particular dating website.....a few days ago I got a Somebody Wants To Meet You message. So I signed on & saw the profile & pix. A very attractive young lady with a fairly good profile......but something wasnt quite right about it. So I sent a brief message indicating Id like to text a bit. The response I got was weird but again, interesting. She asked for my email address & provided hers...an AOL account (who uses AOL anymore ????). So I went into one of my disposable email addresses that I created for suspicious circumstances & sent a message to her. Sure enough, I got a quick response.....................she admits she isnt quite as old as on her profile, then the magic starts.......she says she is in Nigeria clearing up some kind of business arrangement. She then said she wanted to text back & forth a bit more before she CONFIDES in me something of financial importance. Soooooose.....I sent an email back saying I recognize a Nigerian Scam in the works & tell her to never contact me again.......but I did give her the offer to buy some Ocean Front Property in Kansas.....& instructed her to send me all her bank account info, including routing number, SSN, PIN...& other security information. And finally, I said if they did contact me back I would involve the FBI, Interpol & Nigerian Law Enforcement...... Oh & I was reporting the profile as a Fraud.
