Well, speaking of Sushi, got a craving and had to run out to our favorite PA place, Ichiban Hibachi Steakhouse & Sushi Bar in Robinson Township. Had my favorite house salad, and no one can beat the ginger dressing. I dont know what it is, its just sweet and tangy enough, very creamy, and perfect on a salad of crisp sweet lettuce and crunchy cucumbers. Our appetizer was rock shrimp, tiny fried shrimp that comes with a citrusy sauce. Dan had his favorite, the Hibachi chicken, this time with noodles, but you can get it with rice instead. The noodles are long fat ones covered in a light sauce, and there are plenty of tender juicy chunks of chicken, with sautéed zucchini and carrots and onions. I had my Volcano roll, which is actually cooked inside then quickly fried, so its a warm roll. The sauces on the roll are the best though, they call it mayo I dont care what they call it, its just good! A glass of Sprite for me and a glass of Iced Tea for Dan and we had a great late dinner! Well, I need to go walk this off, and get the rest of the laundry done so I can pack for Florida. Everyone take care and good eating!
