Well summer is finally here! If you normally exercise outdoors on these hot days make sure that you schedule in your exercise for either early morning or as the sun is starting to go down in the evening. Stay hydrated by increasing the amount of water you drink and make sure that you wear lose fitting clothes that are made with sweat wicking fabric. Why not go for a swim instead or if it is really too hot to do an outdoor strenuous session, exercise indoors in the cool why not try a Yoga or Pilates type class as a change to your normal routine. Just because its hot doesnt mean that you have to miss a session.
