Well, that was fun, Lets NOT do it again. Evicting tenant 46 days AFTER 5 Day Notice To Vacate, tenant arrives on the scene, rips off shirt and charges toward front porch, hand over what appears to be a pistol on his belt. Mover #1 pulls side arm and trains it on the tenant, shouting, Stand down: authorities have been contacted and are in route Mover #2: Says quietly, Im just a city boy...Im not paid for this....I wanna see my momma tonight...I think I just s#!t my pants a little bit Deputies arrive & defuse, tenants leave, mover # 2 will never return to Blanchard. Just another day in the country. ;)
