Well, the reason why I am posting this, is because right now, they have buy any 3 and get the 4th one free, plus free shipping and handling. Their food is good, and they also have a recipe site, to do even more things with your food storage. You can get 3 cases of food and get the 4th one free. You can buy 3 months and get the forth one free. The sale ends tomorrow. They have all types of food for various diet needs. I can honestly say that their food is quality. We had the creamy potato soup last night, and we all loved it. We had the stew and the Chicken Veggie Alfredo. It was delicious, and it did not make me sick. I am very sensitive to toxic foods, and I was so happy that I felt good after eating it. I do believe that it is the best food storage. If I was rich I would buy 3 years to get the 4th year free, but I could not afford it. Instead, I bought 3 months and get the 4th month for free. I will be incorporating this food at least once a week into our meal plans, because I work full-time and I am a caregiver, and it tastes good. After we try out everything that is in the monthly supplies, then I can get a case here and there of what we like the best. You can buy a little or a lot. They are not pressuring. They even assigned me to a certain guy when I bought a smaller amount that answers all of my questions, and will let me know when they have various specials, and he helps give me ideas to think about. I am impressed with the food and I am impressed with the service. I like fresh food the best, but you can add fresh cilantro, onions, or whatever to these meals.
