Well, there ARE better feelings - but this is AWESOME!! Ive been doing it for over 20 years (being self employed)!! I go to bed when my body is ready to drop - NOT when I tell it what to do - & I tell my bod - Wake up when you get the amount of sleep YOU NEED & 98.9% of the time I wake up refreshed & perky & EXCITED for the day ahead & NO coffee/energy boost needed!! To ME, its CRUCIAL having PASSION for what I do - hence what I KNOW contributes TREMENDOUSLY to my having overall REALLY GOOD Health & LOTS of POSITIVE ENERGY - even if I only got 2-3 hours of sleep (average 5-7 hours). Even as a baby I did not sleep much - NO naps (made my mom crazy as I came out with all this perky energy & wouldnt nape & I was the 1st)!! Now I sometimes take a 5-10 minute Power Nap - usually after eating some carbs that my bod does not like (but I do occasionally!!) I dont care what statistics tell us, I do NOT believe that we NEED 8 hours of sleep - I believe weve ALL been TOLD that message over & over & over & over since we were born & most people bought into that message. Ive shared this with a few people that had the freedom to wake when THEY desired - welcomed them to try doing it & over time (because it usually takes TIME for us to break old habits/messages) they got it!!
