Well this post might upset some people but again my page and yes I am venting. Before anyone gets their panties in a uproar know I do not believe all cops are bad. Most know I have debated and been an advocate most of the time. This time is different. I witnessed first hand discrimination. It is not how the media likes to show it. Most discrimination is not black white it is economics and that is what happened here. My son goes to court tomorrow on some major trumped up charges. Some that I am just in shock over and there is not a damn thing I can do about it because he is not my baby anymore and he is stubborn and thinks its not true so he will be ok. Most know if my kids do wrong I am a very strong advocate that they own what they do. I am always lived my life that way and taught them the same by some tuff love. I am not going to sugar coat my son. He is a major pain in the a#$ he is stubborn opinionated hard headed hot headed and sometimes a major punk. He is not major bad but does stupid things. However, on this one not only is he innocent but a victim. and in the process these idiots killed my dog and are charging him with it. Fine charge him with 2 joints if you have to but really. but to charge in with mutilation and animal cruelty is just unbelievable. This will kill my son. That dog was his life he would have died for that dog they killed her. The jackass cops that were there and yes I talked to them was PUNKS themselves trying to get Bray to go off on them well I cant say all of them but 2 of them. They even told me they didnt really have enough to arrest him. Yes he was hot headed but that is not a crime and that was only after they kept poking him and he was shot. THe cops assumed it was a drug deal. I know for a fact 100 percent it was not. How I know that I cant say on social media but I know. Bray does not like cops does not trust them and he was shot and in shock and trying to make sure his dog was ok. So 2 guys walked into my sons home start shooting (yes I have my opinion on who) my dog jumped up to save him and was shot Bray grabbed his gun started shooting back guys ran out. There was three kids outside Bray got them safe (the kids told me the story) Bray walked back in and his dad came home they were trying to get diamond fixed she was shot however walking around even upstairs. cops came Bray said I dont need any help they had reasonable cause because of all the blood so Bray said fine come in but can you atleast help my dog. I am sure bray was a smart ass and could have handled things different but they found 590.00 on the dining room table which was rent from his dad.. (what a drug dealer if only 590.00). went through his draws etc found 2 joints and some scales. charged him had ACC come get the dogs WHILE HIS DAD WAS RIGHT THERE ASKING TO TAKE THEM. They charged him with possion dealing. Took the dogs DIAMOND TROTTED OUT WITH ACC. they decided or assumed a pit bull drug deal no money so just put Diamond down before asking us. The cops assumed drug deal even provoked and addmited provoking my son to me. Was punk ass cops because the area and assuming. The dealing charge was not going to stick so it was dropped and animal cruelty picked up. Bray was going to plead quility to the 2 joints but never the animal charge. Now he has a PD which might as well not have a lawyer and I can not do shit because he is 18. So tomorrow my son might go to jail because he was a viciim the cops were punks and admitted so much to me personally and because ACC does not want to take the responibility for killing Diamond he needs charged. I finally have their records I just need to get down there to get them. and to top it off its like my son has just given up. Today and tomorrow is going to SUCK. If he is guility for smoking pot fine but not for Diamond that will kill him.
