Well, those who dont know me very well will find this worth a smile, those who know me a little will find this pretty funny, and those who know me really well will spend the rest of the day laughing uncontrollably at random times. You see, I allowed myself to get talked into the pastors category at the Elmore Historical Societys Chili cook-off. Theres that little problem of cook. The publicity says, What a great opportunity to have a little fun and bring the traveling trophy to your church for the coming year! Plus bragging rights are always good.) St. Johns should brag if I dont kill someone. How DO I get myself into these things? Any suggestions? Oh wait, maybe thats not such a good idea. My new prayer is God is the cook and I am not. Gods in charge and I most certainly am not. Must be a message in that somewhere.
