Well, today I got the best tip I have ever recieved. I had a delivery to the Grace Church of the Nazarene timed for 11:50. I thought it was odd because I knew they would still be in church. When I arrived I was greeted by a man that welcomed me and told me that I would be delivering the pizza to the pastor on stage as he was giving his sermon. I figured it was a prank on the pastor at first, until I got on stage. I had no warning or clue what was going to happen. I get on stage and he asks me my name and a few other questions. Then he asks what was the biggest tip I had ever recieved. I said 20 dollars. He then asked if everyone I delivered to tipped. I said not everyone tips but most do. Well, he thanked me for bringing the pizza and then he said that to show his appreciation for bringing the pizza, that they had a little tip for me. I was then handed an envelope that had $416.15 inside. He told me to take the $11.99 out as payment for the pizza and the rest was mine as a tip. I could do nothing but smile the biggest smile I have ever smiled. I hugged and thanked pastor Doug Romine. I thanked the congregation for such a generous tip. It was truly one of the greatest experiences of my life! I thank the Grace Church of the Nazarene and its congregation for giving such an amazing tip! You have no idea how much I could use that! It means the world! Thank you!
