Well today has been an emotional day.....we sold our house in South Beach and closed on our new home in Stonebridge, Monroe Township NJ.......a house that started out as a summer bungalow, built by my grandparents over 100 years ago. A bungalow where I spent every summer of my life, until moving here full time in1963. A bungalow filled with many, many family members, with love, laughter and lots of good food...lol! so many wonderful memories....a bungalow where I made so many friends, many of whom I am close with to this day. After getting married moving away and starting my family, the bungalow continued to be the hub of the family. After mom died, it was too much for dad, and we decided to knock it down and build the house which we called home 22 years ago. Another house filled with family, friends and new memories. Both my sons were married from here and brought their wonderful wives into my life. My six grandchildren have all gotten to enjoy our house to the fullest and now it is time to make new memories in our new home. Bittersweet! but looking forward to the next chapter in our lives.
