Well, we that is my husband and I have been visiting Galway for a number of years but this weekend has changed that forever. This weekend rates as our most negative experience ever. We stayed in Jurys Inn, not recommended. Its €44 per night in Limerick and Galway its €139 for Friday night and €239 for a Saturday night, unfortunately I can not say there is any difference in the rooms, we didnt even have the room serviced in Galway, made our own bed!! We went to the @Radisson Spa and there were no lockers available. We used the ones in the pool area and between all the up an down, we spent 10 minutes in the thermal spa before our treatments which were 2 full body massages. Went to pay and were charged €10 each for those 10 minutes. To say that this was the most negative experience of ever having being in Galway is an understatement,it is unlikely that we will ever return to the city of the tribes. Thank you to the Radisson and Jurys for making us, your customers feel like we were not really welcome except so that you picked our pockets clean and did not treat us as though you wished us to return. Congratulations, you win, we wont be returning.
