Well weekend was fun, terrible, frustrating, tiring, and exciting. First off we had some rookies show up late to the same field and decide to set 200 yards from us. Then they decided to sky bust birds because we were calling birds off them. Resulting in a few wounded sailer birds (from them) of which a lady left us a delightful note. She Not knowing who did it. Lets just say a few choice words were said to the rookies!!! Then someone jumped the roost making all 400 come at once boy was it a sight to see. We managed a few birds but the hunt was over after that. The birds set on a field next to us. Now today we managed a few new experiences with chain sawing some ice and putting a hurtin on a few honkers as well. Ha first geese Ive shot all year.... Hmmmmmmmm........... or is it?????
