The whales are everywhere so come on down!! _____________________________________________________________________________________________ WHALE REPORT AUGUSTA CRUISE DEPARTING: Davies Road Boatramp, Augusta SEATS AVAILABLE: Thursday 10/7/14 10.30am and 1.30pm Friday 11/7/14 10.30am CONDITIONS: Forecast for Thursday 10/7/14 Winds: Westerly 10 to 15 knots. Seas: 1 to 1.5 metres, decreasing to 1 metre during the afternoon. Swell: Southwesterly 2 to 3 metres. WHALE SIGHTINGS: The Bay is full of hundreds of HUMPBACK WHALES resting after the storms earlier in the week. Yesterday we saw more than 50 HUMPBACK WHALES – breaching, tail slapping, pectoral slapping and fighting around the boat.
