Well what do you know.....chances are that when they stopped you to issue that fine/invoice they were breaking an actual law in order to accuse and charge you for breaking a purported law. Nice to know you have been criminally misled and robbed by your local law enforcement officers. Well to top it off, if you had resisted this they would have physically assaulted you anyway and forced it on you. Of course when someone unlawfully forces you by threat or otherwise to be penetrated in any part of your body by any implement or member, they are doing a technical rape on you.......which makes it very disturbing if they are also enjoying doing their job.
