Well with 2015 on our doorsteps, its time for some reflection (& all those I wanna lose weight resolutions! AARGH!) Do things differently in 2015, step off those bloody scales and set yourself a fitness goal! Complete your first fun run, do a chin up, run 1km under 5mins, to be able to walk up a flight of stairs without stopping, reach a squat or deadlift PB.. the sky is your limit! My fitness goal for this year was to be able to do a chin up! This vid was from June this year, success! Its important to set yourself some goals. A big goal and some smaller ones along the way is the way to go! So I wanna know, for 2015, whats YOUR fitness goal?
