Well yesterday I submitted my email requesting for a demotion from my current position. I was a bit nervous awaiting the response or outcome from it. Today I got the aproval for the demotion and it will go into effect when my boss returns from his personal leave. I must say I never thought I would first off ever be requesting a demotion or secondly feeling good about it but I must say that even though it has not happened yet I already feel a huge sense of relief! Today was HORRIABLE at work and it helped justify my decision to take a step down. Sometimes the money and the title that come along with it are just not worth the headaches. I figure I will continue my schooling research a bit more in detail once the dust settles with all of this first.
