Wendy Dorival now on stand. She coordinates the Neighborhood Watch programs for the Sanford Police Department. She says that they emphasize in neighborhood watch presentations that she gives that "neighborhood watch is NOT the vigilante police". They are supposed to watch and report to 911. They are not supposed to confront, approach or try to apprehend suspects. Zimmerman volunteered to be the neighborhood watch coordinator. at the meeting which was attended by about 25 residents. Dorival was asked "Did you ever say that it was OK to follow someone?" Dorival says "No, not at all".
