Went down to help my client to process a medical claim 2weeks ago, and i received a call from her today that her hospitalization bill were fully reimbursed. She thank me for being there and my prompt help. Even though it is a small claim that amount to thousand dollar, i am glad i am of service. And as a agent, what we do is not just giving financial advice, closing deals and all. But its about building relationship with people, people that trust us and we contributing in their life. Am thankful of the trust given to me, and proud of my choice as a financial service consultant. I promise, i deliver.
