Went to find information about health insurance. I was looking for a quote through the new Access Health CT. They didnt quote me, they signed me up and sent me a premium bill. Called 5 times to cancel. The system wont let them cancel me so they just wiped out my monthly premium so I dont have to pay. Got a bill for $0 with my new insurance cards. Free! Um...I dont think thats how this works. Can you imagine in 2016, here Mr. Smith, your bill for $20,692 for back premiums.
