When Victoria Ellen Wright asked him to ask his manager the saes manager the guy said it was not worth his time walking over there, and he would rather not sell us the car so with that we got up and left. I left a similar message on Bristol Street Motors facebook page which was deleted the next day, we then got a phonecall from customer servies unfortuently we missed it but they did leave us a message saying that they wanted to discuss the poor customer service we recieved and that they would call back tomorrow, tomorrow came and went so did the next day. My advise if you feel that you deserve a professional service when buying a new vehicle perhaps Bristol Street should be give a wide birth, alas the search continues.
