Went to the MTO today to get my sticker, it was 98.00 brought it out to my car, realized it was not sticky so could not put on my car, went back in and told them. Their answer was I am sorry, but it will be an extra 7 dollars to replace it. I explained it was not my fault, did not matter. Told me to get some crazy glue, so off to hardware store to get some. It did not work. So went back paid 7 dollars for a new one. This was all within 15 minutes from getting the first one, really I dont know why I had to pay the 7 dollars
