Were halfway through January! How are the resolutions going? Its not easy is it. I find it best to make small changes and tie those changes mentally to something I value. Small change in diet > improved health > more energy to show up for my family and for my practice. I am happy to see nearly every family return to the practice after the holiday and several who had drifted recommit to their wellness. I wish you all well creating rituals that support your life and contribution to others.
