Tomorrow, Friday, Oct 3, Jeff Schulke from Mud Creek Farms will be parked on Main Street, near the Plaza with a pick-up load of pumpkins from 9 am - 11 am! Each spring, Jeff’s family plants a couple acres of pumpkins, organizes harvesting parties, and sells pumpkins for donation which are all given to the Ronald McDonald House in memory of their son Cooper. Sadly, Cooper lost his battle to brain cancer in 2002. The family honors Cooper by spending time as a family ordering seeds, planting, weeding, weeding, and more weeding, watering, and waiting until their harvest. Please bring your generous donation and come gather yourself a fresh and locally produced pumpkin.
