Weve got a new review on Tripadvisor. “Brilliant choice of hotel” Reviewed yesterday NEW I stayed for 8 days in late March and came away with wonderful memories despite being down with a horrible cold for half that time. I cannot speak highly enough of Maria and Alex who were immensely helpful in every way. They have created a warm and supremely comfortable environment for their guests, immaculate and with attention to detail. The hotel is on a hill, and my room had a view of the sea over the rooftops. The bedding, towels and toiletries were of the same high quality as those in the upmarket London boutique hotels where I also stayed on this trip. The dining room is light and airy, and Alexs breakfasts will make you long for morning. Paignton is a great base from which to see the attractions of South Devon, and Two Beaches is well located - a short walk from the sea or the town with its range of restaurants (dont miss East in the West if you like Indian, or TJs). I chose this hotel on the basis of Tripadvisors 100% approval rating, curious about how this had been achieved, and soon discovered why. Maria and Alex are highly professional with a sincere warmth and respect for their guests, and deserving of every accolade in these reviews. My great thanks to them for their many kindnesses and for making my stay in Paignton a joy.
