Psalm 140:4 Keep me, O LORD, from the hands of the wicked; protect me from men of violence who plan to trip my feet. Psalm 140:7-8 O Sovereign LORD, my strong deliverer, who shields my head in the day of battle- do not grant the wicked their desires, O LORD; do not let their plans succeed, or they will become proud. Selah Psalm 146:4 When their spirit departs, they return to the ground; on that very day their plans come to nothing. Proverbs 3:29 Do not plot harm against your neighbor, who lives trustfully near you. Proverbs 12:5 The plans of the righteous are just, but the advice of the wicked is deceitful. Proverbs 16:1 To man belong the plans of the heart, but from the LORD comes the reply of the tongue. Proverbs 16:3 Commit to the LORD whatever you do, and your plans will succeed. Proverbs 16:9 In his heart a man plans his course, but the LORD determines his steps. Proverbs 19:21 Many are the plans in a mans heart, but it is the LORDs purpose that prevails. Proverbs 20:18 Make plans by seeking advice; if you wage war, obtain guidance. Proverbs 21:5 The plans of the diligent lead to profit as surely as haste leads to poverty. Proverbs 21:30 There is no wisdom, no insight, no plan that can succeed against the LORD. Isaiah 14:24 The LORD Almighty has sworn, Surely, as I have planned, so it will be, and as I have purposed, so it will stand. Isaiah 25:1 O LORD, you are my God; I will exalt you and praise your name, for in perfect faithfulness you have done marvelous things, things planned long ago. Isaiah 29:15 Woe to those who go to great depths to hide their plans from the LORD, who do their work in darkness and think, Who sees us? Who will know? Isaiah 30:1 Woe to the obstinate children, declares the LORD, to those who carry out plans that are not mine, forming an alliance, but not by my Spirit, heaping sin upon sin; Isaiah 32:8 But the noble man makes noble plans, and by noble deeds he stands. Matthew 6:31-35 So do not worry, saying, What shall we eat? or What shall we drink? or What shall we wear? For the pagans run after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them. But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own. Ephesians 1:11 In him we were also chosen, having been predestined according to the plan of him who works out everything in conformity with the purpose of his will, Hebrews 11:39-40 These were all commended for their faith, yet none of them received what had been promised. God had planned something better for us so that only together with us would they be made perfect. James 4:13-16 Now listen, you who say, Today or tomorrow we will go to this or that city, spend a year there, carry on business and make money. Why, you do not even know what will happen tomorrow. What is your life? You are a mist that appears for a little while and then vanishes. Instead, you ought to say, If it is the Lords will, we will live and do this or that. As it is, you boast and brag. All such boasting is evil.
