What I Ate Today~ Keeping a Food Journal can be so Enlightening and Motivating. In hoping to Inspire Mindful Eating, I would like to initiate a community interaction; What I Ate Today: For five days you will share all youve eaten that day. You can include pictures, recipes, whatever. And, you will nominate three other people each day, to do it as well. Ill go first. Ill start with yesterdays food, so I can give a full day: What I Ate Today: Breakfast: A smoothie made with almond/coconut milk, avocado, arugula, strawberries, sunflower seed butter, coconut oil and Proteinvite and Clearvite both by Apex and they have zero sugar! Lunch: Two poached eggs with avocado and tomatoes, atop a bed of chard, lightly sauteed in ghee and a Juice made with parsley, celery, cucumber and a carrot. Snack: Raw cauliflower with turmeric laden hummus. Dinner: Chicken Soup with lacinto and curly kale, parsley, carrots and parsnips, and a green salad with avocado and red onion dressed with EVOO and lemon juice. Snack: 85% cacao with raw Brazil nuts. Lots of water throughout the day, and mate with almond milk when I got up.
