What I have learned recently is that I am one of the best plaintiff civil litigation lawyers in this country. Im a knockout artists its not going the distance. The techniques I mastered practicing law here in Texas and Louisiana especially in Federal Court were designed to even the playing field in these very treacherous states. Texas especially is a hard state to practice plaintiff personal injury law because all the laws favor the defendant but I have thrived and done well here. New York is a liberal state and In New York, the same things I do here are catching the defense lawyers totally off guard and forcing them to settle or at least March towards settlement or risk being creamed. They just are not ready for that level of aggression, relentlessness and cunning. When I say Im about to be rich its because the cases up there are bigger, instead of 500k per year Im looking at 3 and 4 million per year doing what I have been doing for 14 years. Actually what I have been doing my whole life this is smash mouth litigation, which means I am going to hit you where it hurts the most until either you lose the will to fight or you just so broken you cant go any further. Its that MAHS way of life.
