Prison the SOB While some people claim that impeaching Obama may be bad for the Republican Party going into 2016, it could be one of the only actions that will save America from collapse in the long term. Impeachment would finally set the precedent that the Constitution and the rule of law actually still means something. By failing to impeach Obama, the benchmark that Presidents can violate the Constitution at will has been enshrined as the status quo. This is why America is turning into a Banana Republic. What’s best for the United States in the 21st century is the impeachment of Barack Obama. I believe Congress must fight him also by refusing to fund his illegal activities and programs like Obamacare. They must launch an information campaign to make it clear to the American people that they’re sending bill after bill that would benefit the country to his desk, and that he’s refusing to sign them. If possible, the Republicans in the Senate must persuade a few Democrats to overturn his vetos, by pointing out that Zero will be gone in two years, and if they want to retain their own seats, they’d better do something positive on which they can campaign.
