What a Brilliant day - Great Day of clients - I Love my Job - Stretched & Meditated = Clear Mind - Had all types of Delicious food gainz all day, and still have another meal before bed = Winning :D - Trained Chest & Shoulders with my Boy Jimmy Arnold Bodybuilder!!! - Made some Epic Mini Pizzas - Now Watching Idiot Abroad lol Brilliant - Currently Have a Super happy over active Brain lol During my cruzy day as ya do, Scrolled through the ol Facebook News Feed numerous times today and read a quick Post from a Fitness Model i Follow talking about Pelican Reps hahahahaha So heres my 2 Cents.... There are numerous Categories of gym goers that make me laugh - Bros - Turkeys - Time Wasters annnnnnnd yes Pelicans I believe i spotted all of these creates on my gym adventure today,, Bros who walk in Sit down, Take out a Bulk load of Supps, load up, calculate their next meal time and what Protein shake they will take as soon as they finish so they dont loose gains ??? :? Big Units who walk in, DO NO warm up set, pick up or load up the heaviest weights possible in the gym, Yell, scream, flap their arms and legs around like a Turkey then only rep out roughly 4-6 reps, and proceed to then slam, dump and crash plates & Dumbbells all over the floor, stand up walk around for 10mins do another set and then move on to a Totally Irrelevant muscle group lol Max workout time, probs 15-30mins Peeps who generally cruise around the gym using every single machine or train in groups of Bros who Talk Shit more then they lift, and generally between each set waste an extra 10mins on their Phones / talking to their other friends who are standing next to another machine just watching lol :D Time wasters are those who get annoyed about not making gains or getting results Annd yes the Pelican Reppers very similar to the Turkeys lol peeps with Horrid form and technique, you will see this creates squatting to 30-Maybe 45% in a squat rack, swing DBs around like kettle bells for reps, deadlift xtremly too fast with a SuperDOMED back, rep out 20-30 pull ups with NO ROM hence the 20-30reps lol and use every single OTHER muscle then the one you are meant to recruit!!! The Gym is a place of Many knowledgeable Trainers and people so get out there, ask questions, hire help and dont let yourself fall into these categories!!!! Happy reading :D
