What a day! I feel victorious but completely exhausted. I loaded all six kids for VBS and had two friends offer to stay in the van while I took Evie in. A friend came for a play date at the same time that a LC came to help with nursing. Midway through the morning another friend showed up to help tidy. By the end each visitor was holding a baby and I could just sit. Once again two friends offered to help retrieve Evie from VBS. I made Mac and cheese for all the random kids and my friend cleaned. I successfully nursed Bonnie. Every child, including Evie napped. After naps the three big girls spent an hour making jewelry with beads. Josie mainly torments Lucy. I experimented by tandem babywearing a toddler and baby. I even managed to make dinner. AKA reheat food brought to us yesterday. I didnt cry once and I think I only yelled less than 5 times. I was, however, accused of being a mean mommy. A good chunk of what happened today was thanks to food provided and friends keeping me company and lending a hand.
