What a day. My phone had broke. So I buy a brand new phone from an ATT retailer online. I buy a warranty, protective cover. SIM card came with the phone. I call ATT to activate it and I am told Sir, that phone has been reported stolen. I call the retailer and they are rude. The phone is brand new he says..It cant be stolen. Makes no sense. I said here is the IMEI# from the phone. You call ATT. So after going back and forth a few more mins he reluctantly agrees to take the phone back and pay return shipping but says Im not paying shipping if you dont send it only First Class USPS. What a Louse.
