What a facial taught me about living without a mask!! While driving to, and especially after leaving an appointment today for a facial, I realized how naked I felt without makeup. Its not that I wear a whole lot of it, but just felt not completely put together. I got to thinking about the different masks Ive worn in my lifetime and how finally coming to a place of peace and comfort with who I AM and who Im BEING has been a shift to more freedom. The better I get at living MY truth and being authentically me (make up or not, great hair day or not, latest style of clothes or not)... the more FREEDOM I feel. the more FREE I live... Being comfortable with who you are, quirks and all, perceived flaws and all.... makes you, YOU!!! and we are all AWESOME in our own ways... Be true to yourself, live authentically in your own skin and be good with that... Love to hear about your experiences with this if you have some.
