What a shame still there is no severe actions over this rapism. Rapism is spreading like terrorism in India, every rapiest should be treated as a terrorist and should be punished with death sentence. No mater the convict is minor or major the law should be made if the convict is proved as guilty then immediately that terrorist should be given death sentence. The punishment should be severed then only this kind of terrorism can be errodicated from India.
