What an amazing day at the cafe! A quiet morning and then crazily busy over lunch and then the knit and natterers! Lots of new people enjoying the cafe as well as friends and regulars. We enjoyed having Julie in on her birthday (the second candle and happy birthday this week - Emma had a candle in her scrambled egg on Wednesday!) Ally and Ben were amazing today and Emma was her usual fabulous self! We were very grateful for Janets help getting on top of the washing up as were really missing Lynne this week. Reeta, my wonderful mother-in-law is in helping Ben and I tomorrow as we usually do loads of breakfast things on a Friday for local businesses and builders. :) Its spicy chicken curry (Gordon Ramsays recipe) for our curry-lovers tomorrow :) Were shut on Saturday this week, open again as normal on Tuesday. Sorry for any inconvenience!
