What an eventful 24 hours for Ellie and her family. Last night Uncle Kevin, Nana and Granddad joined Ellie and co at the Ronald McDonald House for an awesome dinner put on by the 1-Day website. They each got some great presents too. She had had a lovely visit by the Taylor family that day, and to top off yesterday, Ellie also won the hospital prize for Best Room at Starship with her fabulous decorations. Today was Karens birthday and the amazing Kate from the Ronald McDonald House had somehow managed to score the family VIP tickets to the Breakers. They were even briefly filmed on Skys coverage of the game. So a full on couple of days. Health wise, Ellies been getting the itchies again, and even during the day. Very stressful for all concerned. Shes been having some physio as well, but because her cast is so heavy, it takes about four people to help her up.
