What an insane day at PRComicon. We were SWAMPED with people from 10am till 1pm, with people buying everything we had. The problem was, by the time I went to get the books to hold for people, they were all gone. I felt bad about the goof up, but for those of you who wanted a copy in the States (and Germany), it was such a blur that I couldnt do anything about it. Jerry Tate: Ill see what I can do for you, but if its the regular cover, Ill add a sketch inside of it for you. That okay? To the people of Puerto Rico… dear Lord, you completely overwhelmed me with your excitement and enthusiasm for this project Ive spent a year and a half of my life creating. It was a day filled with laughter and love and Ill never forget you all for showing up in such a huge drove. For those of you getting your books on June 11th, that book is IDENTICAL in every way except the cover. So youll have the same book in your hands. Graphic Novels dont gain value with age, so you didnt lose anything. To Lily… thank you so much for your hard work today and for believing in my the entire way. Ill never be able to thank you enough. I love you. To Pat… you already know my love for you. You gave me my Isabel and youre the reason this book even exists. Never doubt your impact on a persons life. Youre such an amazing person.
