What are some parents thinking!!!! Sitting in the hospital waiting room and this beautiful young lady walks in all excited she tells her Mom and dad both sitting there in their work clothes, I really want to go to ADAMS STATE COLLEGE, and she goes on to say her friends are going to go and she would like to have a good support system like her BFFs to make her want to reach her goals, the Mom says oh no honey you can get a job as soon as you graduate and start saving money right away why waste your time with college and the Dad nods his head in agreement!!!!! REALLY as a parent you dont want your kids JUST TO PULL THROUGH LIFE! YOU WANT THEM TO SOAR THROUGH! Come on people her parents ARE retirement age if they would have had some college they would have been retired not knocking the hard working people JUST GIVE YOUR KIDS A FIGHTING CHANCE , push them, stand behind them, and encourage them, to reach their goals in life dont talk them into settling for minimum wage jobs!!! SMH
