What comes first??? Blood ... Sweat... Or Tears??.... Thats what todays workout was about. So much has been on my mind that is starting to affect my sleep and lack of quality sleep affects my moods and workouts! Its called the domino effect. So during todays leg day I couldnt get my music loud enough to mute the thoughts in my head! When things bother me I process and over think and process again.... Before I would do this and shove food in my mouth until I felt sick!!! Food was my comfort but that comfort began to kill me!! So these days the iron is my comfort! The weights are my therapy! The deep desire within myself to break down my own boundaries is what its about! We all have problems but learning to deal with them in a way that heals you instead of hurts you is what its all about!!! Its a lot easier eating a bag of candy than it is to deal with the inner pain whilst pushing heavy weight! That form of self healing balanced with self battle is how Im becoming stronger!!
