What constitutes a healthy low-fat meal, just as an example: 4 oz salmon, 2c broccoli, 1c blueberries, 1/8c walnuts, 1c cooked potato What most people think constitutes a healthy low-fat meal: 2c cheerios, 1c low-fat milk, banana Both meals are about 500 calories. Which one provides more nutrition? which would be more filling? which one would help body comp more? Eating low-fat does not always mean unhealthy, but often times eating low-fat for what most people think of it as, can lead to overeating.
