What do you think of the top American military officer saying he will recommend that U.S. advisers fight with Iraqi troops if necessary? A. I agree with this because the Iraqi troops need help and support, including military support. It takes an army to beat an army. B. This is infuriating because Obama said no combat troops on the ground. “Advisers” shouldn’t be there to fight. C. Surely we all expected this. There is no way we can avoid Americans fighting with the Iraqis because we need reliable people on the ground. D. This is so disheartening. We shouldn’t be sending Americans to fight another war in Iraq. Will this ever end?
